π― Requirements

- Deep HRIS/tech stack experience; familiarity with Rippling and Lattice.
- US benefits administration (health, 401k) and laws (FMLA, ADA, EEO).
- Vendor management experience.
- Data proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel; dashboards.
- Experience with Jira or Monday (PM tools).
