Overview
Everlaw is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive (SLED) to drive new business and expand customer relationships within State, Local, and Education sectors. This on-site role is based in the Washington, DC area. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, articulate Everlaw's value, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within SLED segments
- Own the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and value-based messaging
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Legal, Security, Customer Success)
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM data
- Travel as needed to meet with customers and prospects
Qualifications
- 5+ years of software sales experience in mid-market or enterprise environments
- Proven success selling to State, Local, and Education (SLED) clients or equivalent in public sector
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to navigate procurement processes and respond to RFPs
- Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
