GTM Compensation Manager at Everlaw
Everlaw is a leading cloud-based legal tech company providing a platform for litigation, investigations, and project management. We are seeking a GTM Compensation Manager to design and manage compensation programs for our go-to-market (GTM) teams.
Role Overview
You will partner with Finance, People Operations, and GTM leadership to build market-competitive salary bands, incentive structures, and equity modeling. This hands-on role requires strong analytical capabilities, excellent stakeholder management, and a passion for fair, motivating compensation that supports Everlaw’s growth in the GTM space.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage GTM compensation programs for sales and go-to-market teams
- Collaborate with Finance, People Operations, and GTM leadership to develop salary bands, commission structures, and equity models
- Conduct market benchmarking, ongoing compensation analyses, and equity analysis
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting to drive data-driven decisions
- Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness; support annual compensation planning
Qualifications
- Experience designing and administering compensation programs, preferably for GTM teams
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and modeling
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities across Finance, HR, and leadership
- Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree or professional certification a plus
