Role: Director of Engineering, Product Engineering

As the Director of Engineering, Product Engineering, you will lead our Product Engineering organization, set technical strategy, scale architecture, and drive delivery across multiple product teams. You will partner with product management, design, security, and platform teams to build high-impact software used by legal professionals worldwide. Location: Oakland, California (onsite).

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership across multiple product squads and domains.
Define and execute architectural strategy, platform improvements, and best practices.
Mentor and grow engineers, manage performance, and recruit top talent.
Collaborate with product, design, and operations to deliver valuable features on schedule.

Qualifications
