Job Description
Everlaw is seeking a Customer Success Manager I to join our growing Customer Success team in New York City or Washington, DC. You will be the primary advocate for Everlaw’s clients, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and value realization.
What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of customers and guide them through onboarding and implementation
- Monitor customer health metrics and drive product adoption
- Build trusted relationships with customers; serve as their advocate within Everlaw
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure customer outcomes and renewals
- Identify risks early and coordinate remediation plans
- Collect and share customer feedback to influence product improvements
What we're looking for
- 1-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Familiarity with SaaS tools and data-driven approaches
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
