Vice President of Supply Chain

Everlane is seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Supply Chain to lead all facets of our supply chain operations. In this executive role, you will own end-to-end supply chain planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory management to ensure on-time delivery and exceptional product quality. You will partner with global manufacturers, negotiate with suppliers, and drive continuous improvements in cost, efficiency, and sustainability. You will build and lead a high-performing team, set performance metrics, and collaborate closely with product, retail, and finance to align supply chain with business goals.

The Role

As Vice President of Supply Chain, you will lead the development and execution of our end-to-end supply chain strategy. You will own sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning, and ensure products are delivered on time, at the right cost and quality.

• Define and execute end-to-end supply chain strategy across sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory.

• Lead supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and risk management.
\n
• Build a global supply chain network with strong ESG standards across vendors.
\n
• Collaborate with product, design, and finance to align demand planning and production capacity with business goals.
\n
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team; establish and track key performance indicators.

Qualifications

Qualifications include significant leadership experience in supply chain, deep expertise in sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, inventory management, and S&OP, and a proven ability to scale operations in a growth environment.

• 12+ years of leadership experience in supply chain or related field.

• Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills; data-driven and strategic thinker.

• Proficiency with ERP and demand planning tools; ability to drive improvements across the end-to-end supply chain.
