Everlane is a fashion brand committed to transparent pricing and sustainable manufacturing. We are seeking a detail‑oriented Textile Quality Assurance Associate to join our Quality team in San Francisco.

About the Role

As Textile QA, you will support fabric quality control throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring fabrics meet Everlane's standards for performance, color, and durability. You will collaborate with suppliers, product teams, and in-house vendors to uphold our commitment to quality and sustainability.

Responsibilities

Conduct fabric testing and inspection of incoming textiles and during production to verify conformance with Everlane's specifications.
Document QA results, maintain traceability records, and communicate non-conformances to suppliers with clear corrective action steps.
Support development of quality standards, participate in supplier audits, and drive continuous improvement across fabric supply.
Collaborate with Design, Product, and Sourcing teams to address fabric-related issues during development and manufacturing.
Maintain accurate quality documentation and generate periodic QA reports.

Qualifications

Experience in textile QA, fabric inspection, or related quality-control roles.
Knowledge of textile testing methods and standards (e.g., AATCC, ISO).
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with suppliers and internal teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, or related field preferred; or equivalent experience.
Proficiency with standard computer tools and QA software is a plus.
