Overview
Everlane is seeking a Sr. Manager of E-commerce to lead the online store strategy and execution. This role will own the end-to-end ecommerce experience, including merchandising, site optimization, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Operations to drive growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute Everlane's ecommerce strategy across the online store and digital channels.
- Lead a cross-functional team including merchandising, content, design, and analytics.
- Optimize conversion rate and user experience through merchandising, pricing, promotions, and A/B testing.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to align roadmaps and priorities.
- Own performance analytics, create dashboards, and report on key metrics; use data to inform decisions.
- Manage relationships with platform partners and technology vendors; guide the platform roadmap.
- Ensure a best-in-class mobile and desktop shopping experience.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of ecommerce leadership or senior management experience.
- Proven track record of growing online revenue and improving KPIs such as conversion rate, average order value, and retention.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Shopify, Google Analytics 4, and A/B testing tools).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
