Senior Merchant, Women’s Denim & Bottoms

Overview

Everlane is seeking a Senior Merchant for Women’s Denim & Bottoms in San Francisco to lead the denim and bottoms category. This role requires strategic leadership of the assortment, pricing, and go-to-market plans for denim and related bottoms across Everlane's product line.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the category strategy for Women’s Denim & Bottoms, including assortment, pricing, and product lifecycle management.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Design, Planning, Marketing, and Retail teams to drive growth and profitability.
• Analyze sales data and customer insights to optimize assortment and forecast demand.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Develop seasonal merchandising plans, markdown strategies, and performance tracking.

Requirements

• 5+ years of merchandising experience in fashion/apparel, with denim experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel; experience with merchandising systems and data tools.
• Ability to translate data into actionable strategy and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management abilities with a collaborative mindset.
