Everlane is a modern apparel brand known for transparent pricing and sustainable fashion. We are looking for a passionate Part-Time Ambassador to represent the Everlane experience in Georgetown, Washington, DC.

About the Role

As a Part-Time Ambassador, you will be on the front lines of guest interactions, helping customers discover products, sharing brand stories, and contributing to a welcoming in-store atmosphere. This is an ideal role for someone who loves apparel, values quality, and enjoys engaging with people in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and in-depth product knowledge to assist shoppers
• Demonstrate and explain Everlane products, highlighting materials, fits, and sustainability initiatives
• Assist with opening/closing procedures, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness
• Support sales goals through effective upselling and relationship-building
• Participate in in-store events and promotions as needed
• Process transactions accurately at the point of sale and handle returns/exchanges professionally

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, proactive, and able to work well in a team
• Retail or customer service experience preferred; willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
