What you'll do

Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers in-store
Help customers find products, share styling tips, and explain product details
Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards
Process transactions accurately using the POS system
Assist with events and brand-related activities as needed
Represent the Everlane brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

What we're looking for

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Part-time availability, including weekends and holidays
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
Retail or customer service experience is a plus
