We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and support the continued growth of our Sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) functions across the U.S. If you are a collaborative recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments and loves working closely with business leaders to hire great talent, we’d love to meet you.

What You'll Do:

Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales and GTM teams.

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, performance expectations, and ideal talent profiles.

Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-performing talent in competitive markets.

Drive consistent, structured recruiting processes that support equitable and high-quality hiring decisions.

Manage candidate pipelines while ensuring a seamless, transparent, and engaging experience for all applicants.

Conduct initial screens, present qualified shortlists, and facilitate interview debriefs.

Advise leaders on market conditions, compensation trends, candidate availability, and recruitment best practices.

Leverage data and insights to influence hiring strategies and optimize pipeline health.

Maintain ATS data integrity and support process improvements across the Talent Acquisition team.

What You'll Bring:

3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, supporting Sales and/or GTM functions in SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments.

Strong sourcing skills with experience identifying passive talent through multiple channels.

Ability to build trusting relationships with hiring leaders and influence decision-making.

A passion for providing outstanding candidate experiences and maintaining Everbridge’s employer brand.

Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills.

Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities.

Experience with ATS platforms (Lever preferred) and recruitment technology tools.

Additional Information

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Everbridge ranges from $90,000 - $110,000

and may also include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
