What you'll do:

Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation using Smartsheet.

Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure project success.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Utilize Smartsheet to track project status, manage tasks, and generate reports for stakeholders.

Conduct regular project meetings, providing updates and addressing any issues or concerns.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.

What you'll bring:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role.

Strong proficiency in Smartsheet, including creating and managing complex project plans.

Excellent understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP or other relevant project management certification.

Experience with other project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure.
