As a Principal Product Manager for Personal Safety, you will define and execute the strategy for the critical areas of the Everbridge 360 platform that safeguard people and enable rapid response during emergencies. This role focuses on features and capabilities that protect lives — including personal safety devices (PSD), mobile SOS functionality, dynamic location awareness, badging, and access control integrations.
You will drive innovation at the intersection of software, hardware, and user experience, ensuring Everbridge delivers trusted, world-class solutions for personal safety and organizational resilience. The role spans all aspects of Life Safety in CEM — from strategy and service architecture to product offering, partnerships, and third-party integrations.
This position requires a unique blend of strategic vision, operational rigor, technical depth, and customer empathy. You will align cross-functional teams, lead dedicated scrum teams, collaborate with hardware partners, and deliver life safety solutions that meet the needs of global enterprises, public safety organizations, and individuals at risk.

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Everbridge ranges from $139,000 - $198,000 and may also include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
