Plan and execute end-to-end events (conferences, workshops, partner summits, client meetings).
Project management.
Design AI-enabled workflows for planning, comms, budgets, vendors, attendees, and reporting.
Collaborate with Sales/Success/Partnership to align events with goals, budgets, KPIs.
Document prompts/workflows/automations and lessons; share best practices.
Source and manage vendor contracts to ensure quality within budget.

🎯 Requirements

Ai-first building mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
PMP or equivalent experience.
2+ years in event management/operations/travel or related project management.
Experience coordinating sales-related events.
Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation.
