📋 Description

  • Plan and execute end-to-end events (conferences, workshops, partner summits, client meetings).
  • Project management.
  • Design AI-enabled workflows for planning, comms, budgets, vendors, attendees, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Sales/Success/Partnership to align events with goals, budgets, KPIs.
  • Document prompts/workflows/automations and lessons; share best practices.
  • Source and manage vendor contracts to ensure quality within budget.

🎯 Requirements

  • Ai-first building mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • PMP or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years in event management/operations/travel or related project management.
  • Experience coordinating sales-related events.
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation.
