  • Own and manage rolling events calendar: conferences, meetups, partnerships
  • Scout opportunities for networking, presenting, and sponsorships
  • Make data-informed recommendations on attend vs sponsor vs speak
  • Partner with Eng/Product/People/Marketing to shape conference presence
  • Lead vendor selection, negotiations, and budget management

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience leading Employer Brand events from strategy to execution
  • Experience with tech audience events
  • Build an events portfolio: calendar planning, prioritization, ROI
  • Project management including budgets and vendors
  • Experience supporting speaking programs and CFP workflows
  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher
