  • Coordinate conference materials, sponsorship deliverables, staffing, shipping, and travel comms
  • Partner with Operations to prepare, ship, and event-ready assets
  • Support post-event reporting, lead handoff, and debrief processes
  • Build and maintain conference playbooks, timelines, inventory, and processes
  • Standardize booth packages and materials for scalable event execution

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in event coordination, conference support, marketing ops, sales support, or related fields
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce is preferred
