  • Lead Akoya's events strategy and execution in banking/fintech.
  • Manage conferences, trade shows, webinars, and hosted events.
  • Pitch speaking opportunities and sponsorships; enable pre-event sales.
  • Oversee vendor/partner relationships, contracts, and on-site delivery.
  • Track event budgets and ROI; provide post-event reporting.
  • Produce Akoya's main annual customer/prospect event.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B events marketing.
  • Experience coordinating B2B conferences, tradeshows, webinars.
  • Excellent PM and communication; multi-project management.
  • Experience collaborating with product marketing, growth, finance, legal, and CS.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and AI tools.
  • Hands-on with event registration and attendee platforms (ON24).
