📋 Description

  • Plan and execute Motive’s trade shows and large-scale events to drive pipeline and engagement.
  • Lead on-site coordination: booth setup, staffing, vendor management, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and leadership to align events with pipeline goals.
  • Develop briefs, timelines, and stakeholder communications to keep teams aligned throughout events.
  • Build repeatable trade show processes and workflows to improve scalability and quality.
  • Measure event metrics and ROI, using insights to optimize performance.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B event/trade show/experiential marketing experience in SaaS or high-growth tech.
  • Proven success executing trade shows or large-scale events that drive pipeline and sales engagement.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, Asana, or similar marketing/project tools.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; can manage multiple complex events.
  • Proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail and results.
  • Willingness to travel 25-40% for national trade shows and industry events.
