  • Own the events strategy and end-to-end lifecycle.
  • Manage logistics for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
  • Negotiate vendors, select venues, staff events, manage inventory.
  • Drive revenue and pipeline with lead routing and ROI reporting.
  • Build relationships for speaking engagements and CAB program.
  • Own the events budget, track expenses, and swag assets; travel as needed.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–5 years in events/field/experiential marketing.
  • End-to-end tradeshow and field events experience.
  • Strong operational and project management skills.
  • Budgeting, vendors, invoices, inventory management.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, CS, and Marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; organized and proactive.
