  • Own the Marketing Events Strategy: end-to-end lifecycle of tradeshows and field events.
  • Execute logistics for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events with vendors and venues.
  • Drive revenue and pipeline with Sales/RevOps; ROI reporting.
  • Lead customer advocacy: secure speaking engagements and CAB programs.
  • Manage budgets and event ops: expenses, invoices, swag, and booth assets.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing and Partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years in events/field/experiential marketing
  • Proven end-to-end execution of tradeshows and field events
  • Strong operational/project management; manage multiple events
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, invoices, and event inventory
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized
