Manage timelines, trackers, and deliverables for events.
Create internal comms (newsletters, Slack updates, guides).
Support multi-channel campaigns to drive event attendance and track registrations.
Assist breakout sessions: speaker comms and scheduling trackers.
QA and test mobile event app and event website for attendees.
Collaborate with Strategic Events Marketing Managers across time zones.

🎯 Requirements

Currently enrolled in Marketing/Communications/Hospitality; graduation Dec 2026 or May/Jun 2027.
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple moving parts.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to adapt to Slack updates.
Adaptable with ability to pivot when event plans change.
Tech-savvy: Salesforce, Marketo, Slack, RainFocus or Cvent.
Prior internship in marketing or related field a plus.
