🎯 Requirements
- You have 6+ years of experience running professional events
- Comfortable owning $2M+ event budgets
- Experience with startup/enterprise marketing or developer events
- Comfortable working in ambiguity; fast-paced tech environments
- Highly operational; manage multiple complex workstreams with agencies and production partners
- Thrive in in-person environments and be closely embedded with the team
