• 2-4+ years in field/event marketing or conference management.

• Track record managing high conference volume across verticals.
• End-to-end logistics ownership from planning to post-event.
• Vendor management: print, shipping, swag, booth services.
• Cross-functional fluency with sales, marketing, and clinical.
