- Lead event strategy, budget, staffing; coordinate with Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing.
- Oversee event operations: logistics, booth setup, shipping, staffing, and post-show follow-up.
- Shape Roo's brand experience at events; collaborate with Product Marketing and Partnerships.
- Manage vendors, venues, swag suppliers; plan enterprise events.
- Partner with Brand to plan webinars with external and internal speakers.
π― Requirements
- 5+ years in event management, tradeshow coordination, or field marketing (15+ events/year preferred).
- Proven six-figure budget management with spend tracking and forecasting.
- Exceptional organizational skills; manage multiple events in different stages.
- End-to-end tradeshow logistics: booth setup, vendor contracting, shipping, on-site operations, teardown.
- Strong cross-functional communication; coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships; comfortable with senior stakeholders.
- Familiar with tools like Webflow, HubSpot, Canva, Google Sheets, Notion; 30-40% travel; veterinary experience a plus.
