  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of Roo's tradeshow program (20–30 events/year).
  • Manage six-figure tradeshow budgets and coordinate with Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing.
  • Maintain and improve event playbooks, SOPs, and scalable operations.
  • Scale execution using Tier 1-4 events, adjusting booth size, staffing, and budget.
  • Own end-to-end tradeshow lifecycle: logistics, vendors, shipping, staffing, on-site, post-show.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Partnerships to plan webinars with external/internal speakers.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in event management or field marketing for high-volume programs.
  • Experience managing six-figure event budgets with spend tracking/forecasting.
  • Exceptional organizational skills; manage multiple events across stages.
  • End-to-end tradeshow logistics: booth setup, vendor contracting, shipping, on-site ops, teardown.
  • Strong cross-functional communication across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships; comfortable with senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with tools like Webflow, HubSpot, Canva, Google Sheets, Notion; willing to learn others.
