- Develop and maintain event playbooks, SOPs, and documentation.

- 5+ years in event management, tradeshow coordination, or field marketing.
- Proven experience managing six-figure event budgets with forecasting.
- Exceptional organizational skills; manage multiple events in different stages.
- End-to-end tradeshow logistics: booth setup, vendor contracts, shipping.
- Strong cross-functional communication with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships.
- Willing to travel ~30-40%, including multi-day conferences.
