Build calendar, workflows, briefs, and cross-team coordination.
Partner with Content editorial to develop concepts and drive from brief to delivery.
Identify and propose new event formats to serve members and expand reach.
Lead run-of-show development, day-of execution, and post-event wrap-up.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in events, programming, or a related field.
Exceptional project management: run clean workbacks, proactive comms.
Able to manage logistics and strategy simultaneously.
Clear communicator coordinating with multiple teams and external stakeholders.
Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving priorities.
