  • Manage registrations, speaking submissions, and related deadlines.
  • Execute pre- and post-event processes for scheduling, lead capture, and ROI tracking.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in events or experiential marketing in high-growth or B2B settings.
  • Experience in finance or clean energy industries with familiarity with stakeholders and event landscapes.
  • Based in NYC or DC with the ability to travel ~10% of the time.
  • Experience coordinating vendors across multiple event components (AV, catering, production, etc.).
  • Experience working cross functionally with marketing and sales teams.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and deadlines; ability to leverage AI to streamline planning.
