🎯 Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in events or experiential marketing in high-growth or B2B settings.
- Experience in finance or clean energy industries with familiarity with stakeholders and event landscapes.
- Based in NYC or DC with the ability to travel ~10% of the time.
- Experience coordinating vendors across multiple event components (AV, catering, production, etc.).
- Experience working cross functionally with marketing and sales teams.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and deadlines; ability to leverage AI to streamline planning.
