📋 Description

  • Pack, unpack and prep conference kits and event materials.
  • Handle data entry and admin tasks for upcoming events.
  • Keep project trackers and event records tidy.
  • Lend a hand at Sydney events and around the office when needed.
  • This casual role is 16 hours a week in our Sydney office (May–Aug 2026).

🎯 Requirements

  • Detail oriented with a can-do attitude.
  • Strong organisation and multitask ability.
  • Reliable, hands-on with physical tasks.
  • Quick to learn new tools; full training provided.
  • Availability: 1 full day + 2 half days weekly in Sydney.
