  • You’ll play a key role in supporting internal teams, ensuring processes run smoothly and details are on point.
  • Manage a variety of administrative and operational tasks.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams across the DACH region, Madrid and remotely.
  • Help maintain visibility across tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Assist with vendor invoice processing and contract preparation.
  • Prepare and manage contracts; ensure internal tools Jira, Slack, Airtable are updated and organized.

🎯 Requirements

  • Live in Spain and legally eligible to work here
  • Fluent in English and German; Spanish is a plus
  • Experience in structured operations, support or admin roles
  • Strong attention to detail, process orientation and follow-through
  • Comfort with Jira, Airtable, Slack, Google Workspace
  • A team-first mindset, clear communicator and proactive problem-solver
