Event Support Technician

📋 Description

• Provide tech support during events (nights/weekends/holidays).
• Maintain computer systems, network devices, and A/V systems.
• Document issues and resolutions in ticketing system.
• Test, maintain, and fabricate cables, adapters, and parts.
• Image/install OS and service packs; apply patches and fixes.
• Build and update SOPs for training and IT operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years in live event IT or similar role.
• Working knowledge of Windows/Mac, mobile devices, and network cabling.
• Understanding of broadcast signal flow: video routers, cameras, RF.
• Proficient with office automation, printers, and scanners.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently, quick decisions for live events.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in small spaces.
