🎯 Requirements

Pharma congress planning and execution expertise.
Strong US/EU stakeholder relationships; KOLs and medical societies.
Able to escalate to leadership to move projects forward.
Technical dexterity: Excel, Veeva CRM/Link, Cvent, Backstage.
Balance pharma regulatory compliance with business goals.
Travel ~40% and 3-9 weeks planning cycles.
