- Build stakeholder relationships with US/EU customers, KOLs, and societies.
- Influence and escalate to leadership to move projects forward.
- Excel, Veeva CRM/Link, Cvent, SpotMe/Onomi technical dexterity.
- Balance pharma regulatory/commercial requirements with business objectives.
- Prioritize customer needs into valuable features (product-smart).
