🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in live event production.
- Fluent English; Nordic language (Dutch, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian) preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
- Experience with budgeting, vendor management and permitting processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stay organized under pressure.
- Madrid-based role; willingness to travel across markets.
