- Lead end-to-end Fever Originals live productions on time, on budget, high quality.
- Manage technical production, creative development, budgets and processes.
- Be primary production contact; coordinate technical teams, partners, and venues.
- Oversee site permitting and venue prep (assembly to F&B).
- Coordinate design reviews and feasibility with clients and teams.
- Create and maintain production docs, handovers, and schedules.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in live event/entertainment production.
- Strong knowledge of production, logistics, permitting.
- Experience negotiating contracts and managing vendor networks.
- English required; French a plus.
- Excellent organizational and scheduling skills (Gantt/project mgmt tools).
- Leadership and cross-team collaboration.
