🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in event production
- Native/fluent English; other languages a plus
- Proven live event production and experiential marketing track record
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity; detail-oriented and deadline-driven
