Event Producer

📋 Description

• Manage all aspects of events production from pre‑production to wrap‑up.
• Create production timelines and ensure teams stay on schedule.
• Coordinate with PMs and on‑site teams for concerts and events.
• Optimize production costs and processes where possible.
• Secure permits, insurance, quotes, invoices, and P&L updates.
• Research new formats, tech, and solutions for Fever experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in the event production industry.
• Native/Fluent English; other languages a plus.
• Strong project management and multi‑project organization.
• Vendor, venue, and contract management experience.
• Knowledge of permits, insurance, fabrication, and costs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills; travel flexibility.
