📋 Description

  • Manage event kits and swag inventory in Dallas office.
  • Own daily movement of event materials in/out of the office; track returns.
  • Receive, process, restock returned items; conduct quarterly audits.
  • Collaborate with events team to design scalable storage for new office.
  • Support shipping needs for other event planners and internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in event coordination, logistics, operations, or admin
  • Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and proactive with multitasking
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, ClickUp, and spreadsheets
  • Excellent communication and cross-department collaboration
  • Experience with virtual/hybrid event platforms and event management software
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; must be able to work US hours (9-5 CST)
