Manage 40+ Tier 3 oncology events annually; standardize processes.
Collaborate with Oncology marketing to track and execute events on brand and budget.
Experience managing multiple projects; exhibit logistics; adapt to ambiguity.
Healthcare/biotech experience a plus.

🎯 Requirements

3-5 years in project coordination, events, or marketing.
Exceptional organization and time management.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications.
Experience with Asana, Smartsheet, Wrike, or Airtable; budget tracking a plus.
10-20% travel may be required.
Strong written and verbal communication.
