  • Develop and manage the annual HR Solutions event strategy and portfolio.
  • Evaluate events by pipeline goals, account priorities, revenue potential, and impact.
  • Recommend and prioritize conferences, sponsorships, exec events, and regional activations.
  • Align events with marketing campaigns and GTM priorities.
  • Design attendee experiences to strengthen relationships and speed pipeline.
  • Partner with Sales on target accounts, engagement, and post-event follow-up.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in B2B event/field/experiential marketing or demand generation.
  • Proven end-to-end event program management.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline-driven event strategy and account-based marketing.
  • Experience partnering with Sales leaders and executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Goldcast, and event management platforms preferred.
