- 3-5 years' experience managing tech trade shows and events in B2B or SaaS.
- Strong project management, juggling multiple events and timelines.
- Hands-on, execution-first mindset; calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication; able to lead onsite teams and vendors.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible event hours.
- Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, or Asana is a plus.
