📋 Description

  • Plan and execute event activations for Brand Marketing.
  • Manage multiple events, partnering with Event Marketing team and DRIs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Ops, Social, Content, and Comms to deliver cohesive experiences.
  • Conduct location, vendor, and customer research to inform planning.
  • Coordinate vendors and customers to ensure on-time deliverables.
  • Develop detailed logistics for setup, load-in, onsite, and pack-out.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B event marketing—trade shows, brand activations, owned events.
  • Strong organizational skills; manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced settings.
  • Clear, professional communication with customers, vendors, and internal partners.
  • Process-minded and systems-oriented; improve tools and frameworks.
  • Customer-facing confidence; represents Faire with small business audiences.
  • Collaborative mindset; strong cross-functional relationships.
