  • Act as onsite main contact for Candlelight events and staff.
  • Oversee staff roster and schedules; coordinate with staffing agency on reschedules.
  • Train staff on duties: ticket validation, seating, candle setup.
  • Transport supplies with a uHaul to venues; alternatives if driving is unavailable.
  • Manage venue inventory and supplies.
  • Handle printing needs.
  • Manage guest lists for all events.
  • Lead opening/closing remarks; occasional public speaking.
  • Provide weekly reports to Fever Originals PMs on event status and feedback.
  • Assist with venue walk-throughs during evaluations.
  • Opportunity to manage Candlelight and other Fever Original events in other areas.
  • Represent Fever and Candlelight brand; serve as main customer service representative at events.
