Act as onsite main contact for Candlelight events and staff.
Oversee staff roster and schedules; coordinate with staffing agency on reschedules.
Train staff on duties: ticket validation, seating, candle setup.
Transport supplies with a uHaul to venues; alternatives if driving is unavailable.
Manage venue inventory and supplies.
Handle printing needs.
Manage guest lists for all events.
Lead opening/closing remarks; occasional public speaking.
Provide weekly reports to Fever Originals PMs on event status and feedback.
Assist with venue walk-throughs during evaluations.
Opportunity to manage Candlelight and other Fever Original events in other areas.
Represent Fever and Candlelight brand; serve as main customer service representative at events.
