- Represent Fever and Candlelight as main customer service at events
๐ฏ Requirements
- 1+ years in event management or related degree (preferred)
- Passion for live music and event organization
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience leading an on-site team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
