- Ensure staff trained for duties: ticket validation, seating, candles prep.
- Drive U-Haul with supplies; arrange alternatives if no license.
- Manage inventory and track supplies for venues.
- Handle printing needs for events.
- Manage guest lists for all events.
- Lead opening and closing remarks; may speak publicly.
- Weekly reporting to Fever Originals PMs with status and feedback.
- Assist with venue walk-throughs as needed.
- Opportunity to grow with Fever and manage Candlelight elsewhere.
- Represent Fever and Candlelight professionally at all events.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 1+ years in event management; degree preferred.
- Passion for live music and events.
- Excellent customer service.
- Experience leading on-site teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of AV/PA systems desirable.
- Personal laptop required.
- Driverโs license preferred.
