Event Manager, Candlelight - Phoenix (Part Time)

📋 Description

• Onsite main contact for Candlelight events and staff.
• Set staff roster and schedule; coordinate with staffing agency on reschedules.
• Ensure staff trained for duties: ticket validation, seating, candles prep.
• Drive U-Haul with supplies; arrange alternatives if no license.
• Manage inventory and track supplies for venues.
• Handle printing needs for events.
• Manage guest lists for all events.
• Lead opening and closing remarks; may speak publicly.
• Weekly reporting to Fever Originals PMs with status and feedback.
• Assist with venue walk-throughs as needed.
• Opportunity to grow with Fever and manage Candlelight elsewhere.
• Represent Fever and Candlelight professionally at all events.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in event management; degree preferred.
• Passion for live music and events.
• Excellent customer service.
• Experience leading on-site teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of AV/PA systems desirable.
• Personal laptop required.
• Driver’s license preferred.
