Own end-to-end planning and execution of Roo's tradeshow program (20-30 events/year).
Manage six-figure budget across booth fees, swag, shipping, storage, sponsorships.
Maintain and improve event playbooks and SOPs to scale Roo's footprint.
Scale booth size, staffing, budget, and marketing support across Tier 1-4.
Own full lifecycle: logistics, vendors, shipping, staffing, on-site, post-show follow-up.
Partner with Product Marketing and Partnerships to plan webinars with external and internal speakers.
