Event Manager

📋 Description

• Facilitate on-site coordination for Bisnow live events in the DMV.
• Confirm venues, AV, catering, and party rental before the event; meet deadlines.
• Build relationships with vendors and venue staff in target markets.
• Order/pick up name-tags and signage; set up registration before guests arrive.
• Bring event signage and materials; set up and safely remove after the event.
• Manage on-site ticket requests and charges via Bisnow's Square account.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 - 4 years of Live Event Coordination or Management experience required
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self discipline, organized and ambitious work ethic
• A positive and energetic attitude with exceptional communication skills
• Ability to work with a high-energy, sales-team
• Flexibility matched with dependability
