- Act as onsite point of contact for Candlelight events; coordinate with Fever Originals manager
- Manage staff roster and scheduling; communicate with staffing agency on reschedules
- Ensure staff trained in duties (ticket validation, seating, safety) while representing Fever
- Manage venue inventory
- Manage guest lists and opening/closing remarks at events
- Provide daily status reports to Fever Originals PMs on event progress
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years in event management or a related degree (preferred)
- Native German and fluent English; other languages a plus
- Interest and passion for live music and organizing events
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience leading an on-site team
- Knowledge of AV and PA systems (desirable)
