- Lead a team of 1-3 specialists to build roaming partnerships via API connections.
- Manage 700+ roaming and OCPI partnerships across Europe and North America.
- Sign agreements and negotiate terms with market players and partners.
- Ensure partner health and API connectivity with Roaming Operations.
- Collaborate with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Tableau and partner tools.
- Travel internationally within Europe for workshops as needed.
🎯 Requirements
- At least 5 years in partnerships or business development; skill in building relationships.
- Experience in SaaS or automotive/energy/CleanTech; roaming knowledge a plus.
- Build expert knowledge of roaming services and API integrations.
- Customer-centric, problem-solving mindset; own issues to resolution.
- Proficient with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, and Excel; Tableau & Kibana a plus.
- Excellent English communication; German or another language a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally within Europe.
